Atomic Aquatics ARC Technology Mask

Anti-Reflective Coatings or “ARC” is a multi-layer metal oxide coating process applied to both sides of the Ultra-Clear lenses. This allows more light to enter the mask by reducing light reflections off the inside and outside surface of the lens. The metal oxide coating is only a few microns thick.
ARC technology lenses are especially important for SCUBA divers underwater, where available light is quickly absorbed by the surrounding water.

2 Window. The strongest and most indestructible two-window mask ever. So durable, we are offering a Lifetime warranty against frame breakage. This strength is the result of an internal frame (we call the subframe) molded directly beneath the surface of the silicone rubber skirt (Pat. Pend). This subframe provides incredible strength and rigidity as well as eliminating the bulky external plastic frame in other masks. A stainless steel lens retainer locks the lenses in place and provides added strength to the nose bridge area of the mask. The Atomic Aquatics Frameless mask is about fit, comfort and vision. The large lens and close fitting skirt work in harmony to create perhaps the widest viewing angle of any frameless mask design. The lens shape was computer designed to maximize upward, downward and side to side vision. Because an external frame is not needed, the viewable area of the lens is optimized. The forward-thinking people at Scubapro did take peripheral vision into account when designing the Clear VU 4 Window mask. Not only does it have two large forward-facing lenses, but it also has two seamless side windows that allow the diver to have an almost panoramic view of the underwater world. Because the Clear VU 4 has a clear silicone skirt, your vision will be even greater, due to the fact a clear skirt allows more light to penetrate into the mask than does a colored skirt. Tusa Visualator

Visualator mask features an over-sized single lens and frame offering a significant increase in vision over previous products. To increase the field of vision in a mask, the lens must be brought closer to the eyes. By moving the fitting line up to the middle of the forehead, the distance between the lens and the eyes is further reduced and a wider field of vision . Platina mask eliminates the inner frame that blocks the field of vision and attaches the lens directly to the frame to realize a super-slim frame. The Direct Sashing System (D.S.S.) results in a major increase in the upper/lower-left/right visibility range. It also achieves a major narrowing of the center joints connecting the left and right lenses to eliminate the vision field split.
